We offer a 7-day refund window on one-time purchases if:
Refund requests based on a change of mind, incompatibility with a third-party broker platform, or dissatisfaction with trading results are not eligible. The Software is a tool — trading outcomes depend entirely on user decisions.
Annual subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided the Software has not been used for more than 7 days during that period.
