By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Orion Scalper ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Upon purchase, Orion Scalper grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to two (2) devices registered in your name. You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or transfer your licence to any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orion Scalper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profit, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or as outlined in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, where necessary, through the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
