Terms of use

These terms govern access to the Orion website, client platform, software files, licensing workflow, and support services.

Effective date and contact

Effective date: 29 July 2026. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@orionscalper.com. The sections on Orion Pro, Orion Pro Max, the free Pro trial, and Orion Signals apply from 26 October 2026.

Software license

Each order purchases a limited, personal, non-transferable, account-bound software license for the plan and term displayed at checkout. The Lifetime plan provides perpetual use of the purchased Orion V5 license on the registered account; updates and support remain available while Orion V5 is supported, and future major product versions are not automatically included. Access is not a transfer of ownership or intellectual property, and it does not purchase trading capital, a managed account, brokerage, copy trading, signals, investment advice, or a promise of return.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, bypass licensing, interfere with security, abuse tracking endpoints, impersonate another user, or use Orion in violation of applicable law.

Account security

You are responsible for your client account, email security, broker account, MT5 environment, settings, connectivity, and all activity under your credentials.

Payments and verification

No online payment method is currently enabled on the Orion website. Use only the price shown in the authenticated checkout and payment instructions supplied through its official support handoff. If online payment is enabled later, use only the exact asset, network, amount, and destination displayed in the official flow. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Funds sent using an incorrect asset, network, amount, or destination may be delayed or unrecoverable. An order is not treated as paid until the required amount and confirmations are received and matched to the order.

Digital delivery

Within 24 hours after payment confirmation, provided the required order information is complete, the account-bound license, download, and setup guidance are added to the customer’s client profile. The profile shows the order and access status. Delayed, incomplete, duplicate, or unmatched transactions may require the customer to provide additional information before the delivery period can begin.

Availability and updates

Orion may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue product features where reasonably necessary. Roadmap items do not create a guaranteed release commitment.

Orion Pro and Orion Pro Max

Orion Pro and Orion Pro Max are paid plans on the Orion client platform. They are a subscription. They are separate from the Orion EA licence editions (Basic, Premium, and Lifetime) covered under “Software license” above. A licence edition does not include a subscription, and a subscription does not include a licence edition.

The plan page and the portal show what each plan includes, its price, and how many real and demo MT5 accounts it covers. Extra MT5 accounts can be added for the fee shown in the portal. Every risk mode is available on both plans. A higher plan never unlocks higher risk.

Software that comes with a plan, such as an EA, is given under a limited, personal, non-transferable licence for the MT5 accounts your plan covers. It is not a sale of the software. You may use it only while your plan or free trial is on. The “Acceptable use” rules apply.

Subscription periods and payment

You choose a monthly or a yearly period. Each period is paid with its own invoice. Orion does not charge you automatically. You request payment details in the portal and pay the exact amount shown. Your plan turns on after the payment is confirmed and matched to your invoice. The rules under “Payments and verification” and “Digital delivery” also apply to these payments.

To stop, do not pay the next invoice. There is nothing to cancel. Your plan ends at the end of the last period you paid for, and your client account moves to the free plan. Ending a plan does not delete your data. Pro-only features stop until you have Pro again.

Prices may change. A new price applies only to periods you pay for after the change. It does not change a period you have already paid for.

Automatic payment may be offered later. If it is, you will choose to turn it on yourself, and the portal will show how to turn it off.

Paying early, upgrades, and the trial

If you pay while a paid period or your free trial is still running, the time you paid for is added after your current end date. You do not lose any days. An upgrade turns on at once: if you pay for Pro Max during a Pro period or your free trial, Pro Max starts right away, and the time you paid for is added after your current end date.

To move from Pro Max to Pro, pay for Pro when your Pro Max period ends.

Free Pro trial

Each client account can start one free Orion Pro trial. The trial lasts 7 days. It starts when you tap to start it in the portal, not when you sign up. No payment or card is needed. The trial ends by itself after 7 days, and nothing is charged.

The trial gives you the Orion Pro features that are live at that time. It does not include Pro Max features. Opening more client accounts to get more trials is not allowed, and Orion may end those trials.

Features released in stages

Orion releases features step by step. Some features on the plan page or in the portal may be marked “coming soon”. “Coming soon” is not a promise of a release date. A feature may change before it is released, or may not be released.

Before you pay, check which features are live. Do not pay only because of a feature marked “coming soon”. When a feature goes live, it is added to the plans that list it.

Early access

Orion may offer a plan or a tool as “early access” before it is complete. Early access means some features are missing, may change, or may have errors. The portal shows what is live. Early-access Pro buyers also get the founding price below.

Orion Pro Max includes early access to new Orion tools. These are test versions. They may change, pause, or be removed at any time. Try them on a demo account first.

Founding price

Orion Pro is first sold as early access. Orion Pro Max is not on sale during early access.

If you pay for Orion Pro during early access, you get the founding price. You keep the early-access Pro price ($9.99 a month, or $99.90 a year) for 12 months from your first payment, even if the Pro price goes up during that time. It covers paid periods that start within those 12 months. For paid periods that start after that, the Pro price at that time applies.

The Orion Nexus EA and Orion Signals are added to your Pro plan at no extra cost when each one is ready. Orion does not promise a date for either of them. The rules under “Features released in stages” also apply.

The founding price ends if you do not renew your plan within 30 days after a paid period ends.

Orion Signals

Orion Signals are automated alerts from the Orion EA, for education. They are general information. They are not personal investment advice, and they are not a recommendation for you. They do not consider your money, goals, experience, or situation.

A signal may be wrong, late, or not sent. Price can move before you see it. Orion does not promise any profit, win rate, or return from signals. You decide whether to act on a signal, and you are responsible for every trade you place.

Signals may not be available in every country. Orion may limit, change, or stop signals in some countries or for some accounts where the law or a platform requires it. You are responsible for checking that you may use trading alerts where you live.

Signals and the private Telegram group are for your own use. Do not copy, resell, or share them. Telegram is a third-party service, and Orion is not responsible for its outages or rules.

Trading risk and limitation

Orion is software and does not provide financial advice, brokerage, managed trading, or guaranteed returns. To the extent permitted by law, Orion is not responsible for trading losses, broker actions, connectivity failures, incorrect settings, market events, or indirect damages.

Disputes and applicable law

Raise any concern first through official email support so it can be reviewed in good faith. These terms operate subject to applicable law and do not remove any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
